Director of Testing Services
My name is Jonathan Case. I am the Director of Testing Services here at MSSU. I started my career at MSSU in 2019 in the Admissions Office as the Admissions Processor. I have since worked in the Financial Aid office as the Withdrawal Compliance Counselor, and most recently in the Student Success Center as an Academic Success Coach and Student Employment Coordinator. I earned my Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from MSSU in 2022. I have also earned a Bachelor's Degree in General Studies from the University of Central Missouri. In addition to my duties as Director of Testing Services, I also serve on Staff Senate as the Executive at Large, as well as serving on multiple committees, such as the Communications Committee, Governance Committee, and as co-chair of the Elections Committee.

Testing Proctor
My name is Crystal. I work part-time as a testing proctor in Webster Hall. I was a paraeducator for 8 years in Baxter Springs, Kansas before graduating from Pittsburg State University in 2004. I worked 19 years for the Joplin School District, before retiring in June of 2023. While teaching, I earned my Master’s degree in Educational Leadership. As a testing proctor, I enjoy checking in testers and assigning their tests and exams. I especially love sharing the joy they feel when they pass!
