Beimdiek Recreation Center

The Beimdiek Recreation Center provides 71,000 sq. ft. of space for students and includes three multi-purpose hardwood courts, two aerobic workout rooms, spacious and modern locker rooms, two weight and cardiovascular exercise areas, more than 100 pieces of equipment, and a 11-lap mile elevated walking/jogging track.

• The beautiful building is constructed with many windows which allow for inspiring views of MSSU's Bodon Soccer field and the Biology Pond.
• Beimdiek Recreation Center is open to all Missouri Southern students, employees, alumni, & affiliates with a membership.
• The center opened in August of 2009.

Special Closures:

Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving (Thursday/Friday), and December 24th - January 1st 

Inclement weather (Campus Closed) Hours:

On inclement weather days:
The Recreation Center opens 10am - 7pm
The Pool and Raquetball courts will be closed

Membership Rates

• Student Membership is included with tuition

Cost: (Non-Student)

• Prorated on the 1st and 15th of each month
• Fall or Spring Semester - $150.00
• Summer - $60.00
• Full Year - $360.00

Semesters run as follows:

• Spring: January 1st - May 31st
• Summer: June 1st - July 31st
• Fall: August 1st - December 31st

Membership includes use of the Beimdiek Recreation Center and the Missouri Southern Aquatic & Racquetball Center.

To purchase a membership, go to the Recreational Services Office located in Billingsly Student Center Rm. 241, during business hours.
