MSSU to be Open February 21, 2025
Missouri Southern State University will be open on Friday, February 21. Campus roads and sidewalks are generally clear and in good condition.
We understand that road conditions vary across the region, and employees and non-residential students are encouraged to use best judgment on their ability to safely travel to campus.

Join us at Fred G. Hughes Stadium on July 4 for the City of Joplin Fireworks show. 

Food trucks start at 5:30 pm, live music by the New Waves at 7 pm, and Fireworks at 9:45 pm. 

No personal fireworks, pets, grills, or alcohol.
