Megan's journey has been diverse, with degrees in Biochemistry, Liberal Arts, and Spanish from UMKC, alongside a cosmetology degree and a tattoo license, which she still uses part-time. After years in the restaurant industry, she launched Pineapple Bliss in 2016, inspired by her own autoimmune diagnosis to create stress-free, allergy-friendly treats. The business now includes a storefront and a mobile trailer, earning accolades like the People’s Choice Arkansas Food Hall of Fame 2023. Outside of her business, Megan enjoys family time, art, weight-lifting, and rescuing animals—a passion she's pursued for over 14 years. She is also working on a pet e-commerce project called XOCOCO and enjoys her side work as a travel agent.

Mathew, initially planning to follow in his family's farming footsteps, faced a life-changing spinal fusion in 2011, which led him to the gym community and eventually to gym ownership. Together, they’ve built an award-winning fitness center known for its transparent pricing, clean facilities, 24-hour access, and supportive environment for personal transformation.

Wednesday, November 6th: Why Export to Canada?
Cornell Auditorium 9:00am to 10:00am. In the “Why Export to Canada” presentation, Missouri’s International Trade and Investment Office will give an overview of the historic trade partnerships between Missouri businesses and Canadian markets. Included in the presentation will be details on the political and social ties, trade agreements in place, import and export snapshots, and insights into the key industries that make the foundation of these trade relationships.
