Residence Hall Association (RHA)
RHA strives to provide recreational, social and educational programs for resident students throughout the year. Keep in touch with activities on the MSSU HOUSING Facebook page and Twitter account. Students may submit ideas for activities in the Mayes Student Life Center room #102 or at RHA meetings.
Resident Assistants (RAs)
Responsible? Like helping other students and gaining valuable leadership skills? Becoming an RA may be the position for you! RAs are students who facilitate an environment within the residence hall that contribute to the intellectual, social and cultural development of students. RA positions are typically hired each semester and posted on the Hire A Lion network and receive room and board compensation. Must have 2.5 cumulative grade point average and be in good standing with the University.
Resident Assistant applications for Fall 2017-Spring 2018 will be available March 27th-April 5 in the Resident Director Office in Blaine Hall room 106. There will be optional question and answer sessions for individual interested in the Resident Assistant position on April 3rd from 4:00-5:00 and April 4th 1:30-2:30 in the Mayes Student Life Center room 122.
