Assistance with information and processing of employee benefits (health, dental, vision, retirement, LTD, life, AD&D, etc); employment procedures for faculty, professional and classified staff; employment advertisements; benefit overviews; new employee orientations; workers' compensation; general HR information; process control and workflows including Personnel Action Requests (PAR) and applicant flow; manager of workforce development training. Judy is also MSSU's Privacy Officer.

Conduct and develop training programs; centered on workforce compliance, safety, computer technology and other campus wide programs of interest to employees; Brown Bag luncheons; student worker orientation training; coordinates special training events. Debra utilizes a variety of classroom and online resources to meet the needs of campus learners.
