Retest Policy: Tests that are offered continuously may be taken once every 21 days, not including your initial test date. (Note: if you take a combined test, such as the combined PPST® test, you cannot take an individual PPST test until after the 21-day period.)Tests that are offered during testing windows may be taken once per testing window. (Note: if you take a combined test, such as the Elementary Education: Multiple Subjects Test, the Middle School Multiple Subjects Test or the PA Grades 4–8 Core Assessment, you cannot take a subtest until the next testing window.)This applies even if you canceled your scores on a test taken previously. Appropriate photo ID with signature - refer to the PRAXIS Registration Bulletin for ID requirements Examinees who do not present an appropriate ID will not be admitted to the test room - NO exceptions are made.
NO CELL PHONE POLICY: Possession of or use of telephones, cell phones, BlackBerry devices, PDAs, or other electronic or photographic devices is prohibited in the test center and will result in your dismissal from the test, forfeiture of your registration and test fees, and cancellation of your scores by ETS. Test center staff CANNOT collect or hold devices for test takers; There are lockers available for your personal items.
