About the Degree

The Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Economics major course of study is designed to provide critical skills in the management of monetary systems, investments, public policy, banking, and legal issues.  The Economics program offers two track options:  One in Business Economics (BSBA) and one in General Economics (BS).  The Business Economics track requires you to complete the core classes required for all business majors, whereas the General Economics track allows you to concentrate on Economics, then choose additional areas of study either in business or in other areas of social science, public policy, environmental sciences and virtually any other combination of disciplines of interest to  you.
